Proyecto alternativo de Chuck Shuldiner en donde quería crear un sonido mucho mas melódico de lo que podría hacer con Death, en esta banda Chuck solo toca la guitarra y contrato a otro vocalista, como podrás imaginarte es una joya este disco, incluso ya se estaba grabando un segundo disco de esta banda pero por razones obvias ya no se pudo continuar con este proyecto.
